About us:
Identity Consortium d.o.o. is a high-tech RegTech startup developing its own platform – Identyum, a suite of services for digital identification, identity management, and electronic signatures. Our core services – ID Wallet, Sign, and Identify – are used by banks, pension funds, and fintech companies for remote contracting, signing, and identity management.
Technologies and tools we use:
- Infrastructure: Hetzner (dedicated), AWS, private servers (Zagreb and Varaždin).
- Services & deployment: Docker Compose, Jenkins, SSH, OpenVPN.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch.
- Monitoring & logs: Prometheus, Alertmanager, Graylog.
- Configuration: Spring Cloud Config.
- Security & access: OpenVPN, SSH keys, JumpCloud.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining Linux servers (dev/stage/prod).
- Automating deployment processes and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
- Managing databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch).
- Ensuring secure and regular backups of data and systems.
- Monitoring system performance, availability, and alert handling.
- Implementing security standards and access controls.
- Introducing tools and methods to improve system reliability, scalability, and security.
Preferred knowledge:
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Familiarity with monitoring and log systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Alertmanager).
- Understanding of high-availability architecture and disaster recovery practices.
- Experience with tools like HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, Ansible (a plus, not a must).
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of network protocols, security principles, and access systems.
- Ability to independently solve technical challenges and propose improvements.
- Precision, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
Location & work model:
- Company headquarters: Zagreb.
- Work: Hybrid model – we expect at least 2 days per week in the office, the rest is flexible.
Team & work approach:
- We work exclusively on our own products.
- Our technical culture is based on stability, security, and accountability.
- Team of 15 people, including 7 developers.
Salary:
- From 2400 – 3000 EUR gross level 1 depending on experience and knowledge.
