The digital ID Wallet offers secure and simple management of your digital identity, fully under your control. Your personal data, including information from your ID card, passport, or driver’s license, is securely stored and always accessible to you.

A tailored and user-friendly interface makes it easy to access your stored data whenever you need it. At the same time, the Identyum digital ID Wallet is used for authentication and identity verification when accessing various services.

Advanced security features and a privacy-by-design architecture ensure that you must always authorize every request to access your personal data.

Through advanced security and technological solutions, the design of the Identyum ID Wallet is based on Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) standards, cryptography, and principles of decentralization. This helps keep your identity and personal data safe in your ID Wallet and make sure they’re only shared when you give clear permission.

What can you do with your Identyum digital ID wallet?

Personal data storage

In the Identyum digital ID Wallet, you can digitally and securely store all your identity and personal data in a trustworthy, legally valid, and verified manner (including data from identification documents and other official documents, contact details, financial information, etc.). The stored data can be updated with verification and managed independently by you.

Collect personal data from other people

Using the Identify web service, you can request identity verification from other individuals and receive the personal data you need.

To use the Identify service, you need to create Identyum digital ID wallet .

Sign documents from the comfort of your home

You can electronically sign documents through our Sign web service. If you don’t yet have your Identyum ID Wallet, you can create one during the Sign service registration process.

To successfully sign a document electronically, you need an appropriate signing certificate based on the desired signature level. Choose between a one-time certificate for creating a Simple Electronic Signature (SES), an Identyum long-term certificate for an Advanced Electronic Signature (AdES), or a FINA long-term certificate for either Advanced (AdES) or Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). All certificates are automatically stored in your Identyum ID Wallet.

Signing documents is possible wherever you are, without delays, paperwork, or the need for extra devices.

Sign up for services

Use the Identyum digital ID wallet to apply for services from our partner network. You can apply for services online without printing or mailing documents.

Verify your identity

You can prove your identity fully digitally, simply, and securely by sharing your identity and other personal data from the ID Wallet. The Identyum ID Wallet allows selective data sharing without exposing your full identity (e.g., if you need to prove your age, you only share your date of birth without revealing other personal details).

How to create the
Identyum digital ID wallet?

Prepare a device with a camera (mobile phone/computer), a valid identification document and secure the internet access.

Verify your contact details (mobile number/email address).

Set your Identyum PIN.

Take a selfie for a liveness test.

Take a photo of the front and back side of your ID document.

Rotate the front and back of the ID document in front of the camera.

Confirm the accuracy of your personal data.
